Technical Advice

The Pool contains a sub-group of technical specialists connected with asset development - these include lawyers, architects, surveyors, designers and conservation/heritage advisors, as well as high-level thinkers around governance and structure. These advisors can be teamed with our other Associates or can offer stand-alone advice at key points in a project. 

 

We offer an uncompromising quality of advice and support in the holistic regeneration of neighbourhoods and community enterprise. Our special resource is the diverse experience of our associates. Drawn from Locality membership and wider community enterprise practitioners, they have a wealth of grassroots expertise and knowledge in community regeneration, asset development and cultivating local enterprise.
