Ethical Property Foundation is offering Property Advice

 

 

The Proprty Advice Service provides support around all premises issues; renting buying, letting and managing.

The Ethical Property Foundation was set up in 2004 as a response to the high demand for property advice from charities and community groups.  Since then, we have actively helped over 1,000 organisations with their premises issues.

Dealing with property matters can be a daunting prospect. Negotiating with landlords, deciphering leases, buying or selling premises, managing a building, or finding affordable professional help, can take up valuable time and resources. In response, we aim to build confidence around premises issues, ensure organisations have access to good professional advice and recommend easy to understand practical solutions.  Our goal is to make property a boost to an organisation, no matter their size, rather than a burden.

Our Property Advice Service team is ready to provide free support to organisations wherever they are in the property cycle.  We offer independent advice and have a register of property professionals with expertise in the charity sector.
